Prior to cofounding Quantic Dynamics, Shaibal played a managerial role in GrameenPhone Ltd, Senior Managerial role in Emerging Communications Ltd & Senior Management role in Geo Steel (BD) Ltd. He is internationally certified in HRM (UK) & Business Administration (India). He also obtained Advanced Certificate in Business Administration from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka.
