How We Honor the Managed 366 Support Promise
If you reasonably believe that we have failed to meet our Five Elements of Managed 366 Support, Responsiveness, Ownership, Resourcefulness, Transparency, and Specialty, Quantic Dynamics will pursue the following remedies:
- Your Quantic Dynamics Account Manager will coordinate a thorough investigation of the cause of the event and present an action plan to remedy the immediate issue and to help prevent similar issues from happening in the future.
- You will have access to the Account Manager 24×7 for issue escalation. If necessary, you will even be able to escalate your issue to a member of our leadership team.
- If we fail to meet the commitments of the action plan that was enacted, you may terminate your contract with Quantic Dynamics by providing 30 days advance written notice describing the incidents, provided that: (i)You are not past due on any account for at least (60) days prior to the date of notice; (ii) You have not otherwise breached our Cloud Services Agreement or the Quantic Dynamics Acceptable Use Policy.
